On the Superflow Dashboard, click Users in the left sidebar and open the Guests tab
Each guest row shows how many projects they are involved in.

Find the person and click the trash icon on their row
The removal takes effect immediately: they can no longer comment on the projects they were invited to, and their guest seat is freed.
Removing a guest does not delete the comments they already left. Those stay on the project with their name attached.
