# How to Enter/Exit Comment Mode

> Enter comment mode to leave feedback anywhere on the page, and exit with Esc.

Comment mode is how you leave feedback on the page. While it is active, the page is outlined and a **Comment Mode** banner appears at the top of the window.

    You can also press **C** on your keyboard.
